WOL routes their donations through a small, low-profile nonprofit in Westchester chaired by Howard Horowitz, a left-wing Jewish activist who became an anti-Zionist. Horowitz, a market researcher by profession, is the board chair of the Westchester People’s Action Coalition Foundation, known as WESPAC. The group also serves as the financial sponsor for Within Our Lifetime, National SJP, and other pro-Palestinian groups by acting as their financier.

Executive Director Nada Khader is the sole employee and has Palestinian origins. We do recognize its root causes in oppression, injustice and apartheid,” Khader wrote. A 2022 report outlined at least 15 groups related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict but it could very well be many more. The WESPAC 2021 financial records revealed $750,000 in contributions and grants. Per their dark money nonprofit, they are not legally required to disclose details of their financial relationships.

It is time to further investigate these organizations and bust them up. Take away their nonprofit dark money status through any means possible
